1. What is Havoc War Games?
Havoc War Games (formerly Marauders Airsoft) is a company that provides airsoft adventures to the public on our field called The Sandbox. Events are typically scheduled on the weekend, but please refer to our Schedule page for specific dates.

2. Where is the airsoft field located?
The closest major crossroads to the field are 419th Avenue and Elliot Road near Buckeye, AZ. Click here for a map of its general location. Precise directions are given to registered players. See question #11 for carpooling options.

3. Are there any age restrictions?
Minimum age is 16. Participants under 16 need a parent or legal guardian playing or present on the field. Participants under 18 require signed parental consent included on the field waiver. Participants 18 and older just need to fill out the field waiver.

4. What kind of events can I expect?
Players participate in a variety of missions such as "hostage rescue", "VIP escort", "locate an objective", "ambush", or "attack and defend." The battlefields feature mock buildings, vehicles, booby traps, civilian and trained enemy role players. These events usually draw 20 – 40 players. The missions last about 6 hours. Havoc War Games also hosts two day events where players camp overnight. These events usually draw about 40 – 100 players. You do not need any prior experience to come out and play with us.

5. How much does it cost?
Prices vary depending on the event, but typically prices range from $10 - 40 per person.

6. Can I use my own airsoft gear?
Yes, see our required equipment list for specifications.

7. I don't have the required gear. Can I rent? How much is it?
We do offer rental gear. The complete package (includes rifle, 4 magazines with ammo, tactical vest, mask, and a complete uniform) costs $40. Individual items may be rented separately.

8. Can I host a private event at the field?
Yes. The event must be held on a day when no events are scheduled. Private events start at $200 for a minimum of 10 guests. Contact us for details.

9. Can you explain all these acronyms?

HWG: Havoc War Games. Strictly airsoft games with no tactical training involved.
OPFOR: Opposing Force, a team tasked with representing the enemy.

10. What are the fps requirements for airsoft weapons?
We authorize guns that shoot under 375 fps with .25 bbs. All measurements are made with .25 bbs using a chronograph located onsite.

11. I live far from your location. Do you offer a carpool?
Yes, carpooling is offered but there are limited spots available. Contact us to check availability. Verify the meeting location before heading out. Currently, the carpool fee is $10.

15. Do you require waivers for everyone or just minors?
Waivers are required for all participants, regardless of age. Please download, print, and bring a completed waiver to an event if you do not have one on file with our staff. Waivers are typically valid for one year.
